Gather around the bespoke fireplace and unwind in a warm, welcoming space after a day out in Armidale. Soft seating, gentle lighting and the glow of the fire create a cosy spot to read, share a drink or simply relax and enjoy the quiet.
Private Kitchen
Cook, snack or simply make a cuppa in your own fully equipped kitchen, featuring a convection microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and filtered water on tap. An electric stove, toaster and kettle make it easy to prepare full meals or cosy breakfasts in, so you can relax and enjoy your stay at your own pace. Complimentary tea/coffee/decaf and organic options are provided.

King Bed

The furnishings have been carefully chosen in an Australian contemporary design.
Australian Native Contemporary Garden
Relax in the multi-layered native garden filled with many species of Correas and Eremophilas, with a dramatic back drop provided by the Manna Gums (Eucalyptus viminalis). Bird song fills the air as Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos fly overhead, and small native finches and spinebills search for nectar filled flowers. Grevillea, Westringia, Callistemons, Hakeas and hardy Banksias offer a safe shaded, foraging space, maintaining a healthy local ecosystem that sustains birds and insects. Lomandra and Dianella species offer structural elements and groundcovers provide a dense interwoven network.
There is open space to breathe the clean and crisp fresh air and gaze at the ever changing skies, with night skies providing clear sightings of the Moon, the visible planets, and bright open clusters.
Additional Queen Bed
Travelling with family or friends is easy with an additional Queen bed available upon request, ready for extra guests. Thoughtfully made up with soft linen and comfortable pillows, it offers a restful night’s sleep so everyone can wake refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
Private, Safe Parking
Enjoy the ease of private, off-street parking right by the Guesthouse. Arrive and unload at your own pace, knowing your car is close by and secure throughout your stay.

Secure Entrance
The entrance is secured by a security keypad and an individual private code provided via text prior to each guests' arrival.

Included in the living room is a luxury Norwegian Stressless lounge, a dining space and bespoke, stylish details. The dining space includes comfortable leather chairs and views of the garden.
Bathroom
Luxurious bathroom with entry from the king bedroom provides heated towel rail and cotton towels. Complimentary organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispense in shower and hand wash over basin.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site, off road parking for all our guests.Â
Are there two beds?
There is a King bed available and an additional Queen bed that can be made up on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund at least 5 days before check-in and a partial refund within 5 days of check-in.
